Galleristic lets you upload, create thumbnails, manage, list, categorize and do much more with your pictures. You can easily edit the layout to fit your own, without any PHP knownledge at all.
The only things required are PHP and mySQL, though if you want automatic thumbnail creation ImageMagick or GD is also necessary. In addition, Galleristic also supports uploading of Flash movies. Features:
